Joint platform

It is decentralized and covers all institutions, uses a uniform educational and organizational system, and takes into account both common and institute-specific needs and identities. A cross-institutional committee develops the joint education program.
Efficient operation
As a professional education service provider, the lead campus is characterized by efficient organization and lean processes. As a result, maximum impact is achieved with the available resources, for example by making optimal use of scaling effects.
Customer-oriented continuing education
The lead campus program is geared to the needs of its target groups, which are regularly evaluated. It takes into account both current and anticipated requirements and aims to comprehensively expand participants’ skills. Course content and training sessions are delivered in a contemporary manner and managed via a user-friendly system.

This sets them apart from events that have a classic knowledge and technology transfer (KTT) or networking character.
External customers
With select and highly specific courses, the lead campus is also open to interested employees of private companies and public institutions. This is primarily in topics, in which the four research institutes, as a result of their research activities, have an outstanding position within the Swiss educational landscape and are therefore able to offer unique courses.
